OUTSOURCING SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN VITROX CORPORATION BERHAD (VITROX or COMPANY) AND AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES (AGILENT)

The Board of Directors of VITROX is pleased to announce that ViTrox entered into an Outsourcing Service Agreement (the OSA) on 15th April 2009 with Agilent as one of its worldwide Outsourcing Service Agents under Agilent's Software Development Support (SDS) Program.

Agilent made an announcement on 9th Feb 2009 to exit its Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Automated X-ray Inspection (AXI) systems business.

In response to customers' feedback and to ensure that customers’ long-term service and support needs are met, Agilent is introducing the Software Development Support (SDS) program for users of its automated x-ray and inspection solutions. The SDS program endorses Agilent-appointed third-party companies which offer customers continued inspection equipment software enhancement and bug fixes for both new and existing software change request support and resolution.

By entering the OSA, ViTrox will become the worldwide Outsourcing Service Agent covering Agilent’s product families as below:

*Agilent Medalist x6000 AXI

*Agilent Medalist sj5000 and SP50 AOI
