Dedication Ceremony of ViTrox Innovation Centre

The Chief Minister of Penang, YAB Tan Sri Dr. Koh Tsu Koon, today dedicated the new ViTrox Innovation Center of ViTrox Corporation Berhad. The innovation center is strategically located at a 150,000 sq.ft site in the Bayan Lepas Technoplex, with a built-up area of 30,000 sq. ft as the first phase.

The dedication of ViTrox Innovation Center signifies a major milestone for ViTrox. The ViTrox Innovation Centre will boost ViTrox’s production capacity by 3-fold. It moves the company one-step closer towards achieving its primary vision of becoming the world’s leading company in providing total machine vision solutions.

“This is consistent with our rapid expansion plans into new product development of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) solutions and Electronics Communication Systems (ECS) to service the PCB, flex circuits, telecommunications, automotive, media storage, electronic manufacturing services (EMS), computing and automation markets,?said by ViTrox's Managing Director, Chu Jenn Weng.

Besides that, the expansion of this new facility will enhance ViTrox’s reputation and confidence among its shareholders, investors and customers and employees. And also to attract the best talents, especially in product research, design and development to join the organization.
