ViTrox was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company on 22nd April 2004 under The Company Act 1965 under the name of ViTrox Corporation Sdn Bhd. On 24th June 2004, ViTrox converted into a public limited company and adopted the name of ViTrox Corporation Berhad.
