Senior Technician (MVS - Service & Support)

Responsibilities:
To provide prompt service and support to customers at customer premise.
To improve on customer support plan and build good customer relationship.
To fulfill customer expectation in terms of delivery and quality.

Requirements:
SPM / STPM / Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical or equivalent.
1 year experience in customer support and trouble shooting skills.
Understand and know how to use problem solving tools.
Good communication skills.
