Service Engineer / Technician (based in Penang / Melacca)
Responsibilities:
- To provide prompt service and support related to system setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of vision machine at customer premises in Malaysia or overseas.
- To develop and improve on customer support's plan and build good customer relationship. Follows through with all aspects of each customer's service job. Facilitates delivery of 100% satisfaction to every customer ensuring repeat business for the company.
Requirements:
- A recognized Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronics / Computer Science / Computer Studies or equivalent.
- 1-2 years working experience in customer service and support for machine vision is preferable.
- Knowledge of techniques in system set-up, buy-off, principles, tools and instruments involved in the production and use of precision technical plans, drawings and models.
- Willing to travel.
- Flexible, responsive & able to work long & irregular hours if required.
