Product Engineer (ViE) / (AXI)
Responsibilities:
- To participate in new product transfer process to ensure smooth transition from product development to manufacturing phase.
- To provide solution for on-going defeat product part replacement, cost reduction, obsolescence.
- To support Product Development Engineer on new part sourcing, testing and implementation on board.
- To provide technical documentation, user manual for all product related issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
- Possess knowledge in Digital and Analog circuit.
- Good general knowledge of data processing system design methods.
Product Engineer (AXI)
Responsibilities:
- To establish the process for manufacturing test, Waranty return and ISO.
- To improve yield and LLM quality as well as reducing warranty failure through effective preventive action via Poka Yoke Approach.
- To develop or to maintain all manufacturing related documents such as system test, quality buy off, failure analysis report, Engineering change Order and etc.
- To plan, direct, and coordinates activities of subordinate engineering or NPI project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanic Electronic / Electrical & Electronic or equavalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in machine assembly and troubleshooting.
- Able to qualify EOL parts, manage BOM, establish manufacturing process, cost saving initiative.
- Experience in AXI or X-ray system is an added advantage.
